Gemma Yoga: Yoga and massage in Philadelphia

It's the dawn of a new era: a more organized era! An era in which I plan to accomplish more. Such as fixing the website (I've checked it off my list). Isn't it pretty? The only thing left to do is get a headshot for the home page, which I am planning on bribing the beautiful and talented Susanna to shoot for me.

I'm really really enjoying the summer so far. There is a lot of change going on in my life right now, but the universe is treating me with more love and kindness than I had forseen. I am truly grateful for the many blessings in my life. This summer is all about bringing back (the massive) jungle, munching on frozen pineapple, driving around and feeling deeply in love with my clapped out jalopy (a 1990 Honda Civic, named Fat Sam, who has 170 thousand miles on the clock, and still a beaut!), reading Jill Bolte Taylor's 'Stroke of Insight', celebrating the sheer fabulousness of reclaimed independence, trying to internalize the Sara Paddison quote, “Sincere forgiveness isn't colored with expectations that the other person apologize or change. Don't worry whether or not they finally understand you. Love them and release them. Life feeds back truth to people in its own way and time,”  and last, but definitely not least, making a conscious decision to stop worrying about money and know that the universe will provide! Speaking of monetary matters.....

I'm available for private yoga and massage sessions, and I'm also teaching a really delicious yoga class on Sunday evenings at the Amma Center. I look forward to hearing from you, both old and new friends.

I hope you know how precious this moment is.

Namaste.
